Just finished chest and tris on body beast. I will be very sore tomorrow because it's such a different workout than p90x3

abs are done. i'm definitely able to do a lot more than when i started, but many i'm not close to being superior in abs yet

Body beast is just pure weight lifting. If you've never done much weight lifting then I would suggest it after you're done with x3. It will put a good bit of muscle on you

I gained 10lbs of muscle when I did it. A lot of eating involved too.
