I put on 30lbs myself after I got married.
I haven't been hardcore watching what I eat I've just been making better food decisions like getting a side salad w light Italian instead of fries, etc. I still semi-splurge about 2-3 times a week..I prob eat clean 60-70%, trying to up it to 80-90% so I prob should start keeping track to really see what's going into my stomach.

I eat clean probably 98% of the time.

It's rough because exercise is my anti-depressant.
Had some bad stuff happen to patients this week and there was some drama with an ER doc.
At least I'm off today. Great time to chill, work in the yard, and do some mule kick burps.

There you go. At least that is some activity.
This month has been tough for me as well. The stuff with my coworker was just tough to deal with. I just found out I don't have to work at my second job tonight so I'm pumped about that as well. Def will give me more energy for my video.
I'm working on my meal plan for next week. Even got markers so I can color code it to be 21 day fix approved

what do ya'll think of T-25? Is it legit? Is it worth $120?

I liked it. It def challenges you but at the same time you have a way to modify the exercises if you need something more low impact. Plus it's only 25 minutes a day(except the day you do 2 videos).
I will do another round of it and see what kind of results I have if I eat better this go round.
I got a challenge pack with T25 for $180...it came with a bag of shakeology(which by itself is $120). So see if they still offer those.

Just did PAP Upper. I did the whole routine faster than "the kids".
I don't know if you saw my post, but I accidentally forgot to take a rest day in the middle of the week, so I took it yesterday, which placed it between Lower and Upper. That sucked.
However, it gave me an idea on what to do next week for vacation. I'm going to do an extra Yoga day instead of rest. That way I won't have to skip a PAP workout next week.

Man, Accelerator kicked my arse. But I'm really good at those Donkey Kicks at the end. I need to video myself doing them. I think I held a handstand for a full 3 seconds during them.

Hitting the beach next week breh?
Broke the fast last nite with some lentil soup and salad. Mean green juice for lunch, making some portobellos for dinner. Have to slowly reintroduce animal proteins.

I miss chest and back. That's a real man's workout right there. In an interview Tony said it's still his favorite workout, bar none.

Missed The Warrior because of the CCC. So I did it this morning and will do Total Synergistics in a few hours.
I'm going to start incorporating three days of running into my P90X3 weeks. Week 3 starts in a few hours!
