I don't do ANY stretching after my Insanity workouts. I guess you can call that the cool down period.

I rarely do the cooldown after X3.
But I always did it after Insanity. I needed it.

Finally got back on the wagon tonight. Tonight was actually the official start on t25 for me. I Will hit it real hard starting Sunday. I will be combining t25 with weights, insanity fast and furious(20min insanity video), and ab ripper x. Ill post up the routine this weekend.
I will say this was my 4th time doing alpha cardio, and my calves still cramp up half way through.

First 4 days of T25 done.
Everything up to this point has been challenging but mostly in the realm of "I can get this".
That ended with the ab stuff today. A) I'm not nearly flexible enough to do that shite and B) my abs were like frick you.
Tomorrow gonna try to double up on lower body and cardio, but my wife said the lower body killed her and there was no way she could do the cardio.

I just finished CVX. Sweating my arse off. Trying to cool down before shower and work. Used an 8 & 6 LB medicine ball

Yeah just finished my 3rd Cardio video last night. Every video so far I've had to take about 3-5 second breaks as my calves KILL. The arches of my feet start hurting too. Got really frustrated last night.

thats how i feel. it starts to piss me off. I even did my best not to go onto my toes and it still didnt help.

I can't do that everyday...I do 4 situps (working hard on my sixpack) on the off days.

I did Triometrics this morning. I hate leg stuff, but this isn't hard. I still sometimes can't make it all the way through the jump moves without having to take a knee but I do try to finish. So to speak.
