The Challenge and the Incinerator are two of the best resistance routines I've done.

Yeah. I don't take that shite. I'm 182lbs. If I get any bigger, my wife will divorce me. She said that. I actually need to drop some lbs; get down to 175 or so.

Yeah. That's why I think if I drop seven pounds I'll look pretty cut. Don't want to get much lower than that because it's unsustainable for me. I would be hungry all the damn time. Bad enough as it is.

ETA: Was actually why I wanted to start P90X - I thought the workouts and diet would help me shed some weight, but the moldings over my door frames in my house won't fit a pull up bar. And I'm not drilling holes into my door frames. So I scrapped it. When I took everything back to Academy, the stock boy looked at me like, "C'mon, bro..."

ETAA: May have to try Insanity at some point, but that looks like the devil's work.

Not Sure.. It has a small kiosk type display stand separate from everything in the workout section

Small kiosk display? I think that's a different brand. Were they expensive? I need new bands.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey. May want to get Casein as well for a night time snack, just depends on your preference.

You can get ON Gold Standard Whey on Amazon for around $50 and at HEB for the same price, but some places may not have it discounted at all, in which case you'll end up paying about $80 for a 5 lb tub. Lasts a while, at least.

Unless you're trying to gain some mass, I would stay away from Muscle Milk as it has a bunch of (healthy- I think) fats in it.

I use Combat Muscle Pharm and it's really good. It has casein, bcaa, and an isolate (25 g of protein in one scoop).
