Got a question for p90x vets
What did you do after you first completed the 90 day program? Start all over again? Do a different version?
I'm almost finished with p90x3, and I am looking to continue this long term. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Just missed day 4 and 5 of T-25. Had a busy weekend. Should I restart or do day 4 tomorrow, day 5 on Monday and then do 5 more days straight without a day off to get back on schedule?

i'd do 4, do the double up on day 5, take a day off to stretch, and start the next week

oh i know i'm laughing about it
today was my 3rd go around on cardio and it was infinitely easier compared to the 1st time (Which is the first day of T25). i had a few times where i had to lay off, but i didn't even use tania except when my knee started hurting (it wasn't b/c i was too tired)

Had to double up for the first time today. Cvx around noon and just finished warrior. Holy crap 2 in a day sucks.
Will likely be the routine as Fridays are likely a no go...or we can shift it all around so that Friday is the rest day.
