I'm talking about just doing it instead of T-25 and X3. My wife can use T-25.

I did the Challenge. God I love the feeling after a chest/back workout. I'll bump the chest number next time. Went conservative with 15/10 and could've done more on chest.

16 sets. 4 types of pull-ups and 4 types of push-ups done back to back. 2 sets for each type.

Put your hands together in front of your chest and bow your elbows out. As wide as your elbows.
