30 minutes
16 workouts

started Day 1 of 90 this morning.
Total Synergistics - not bad for 30 minutes, it wasn't easy either. The incomparable Drea Weber is back!

Would it not be recommended for someone who isnt in shape to give it a go?

i'm not in that much shape to be honest, haven't worked out in a few months and the last program that i finished was insanity asylum last year.
rest assured, you will be huffing and puffing HARD...but i think that's the case for anyone in any type of conditioning.

Started the Mass routine yesterday. Woke up with sore thighs, abs, and shoulders this morning from total synergistics. Pretty sure I have Agility X today.

She flies through the air with the greatest of ease!
Btw I asked in another thread but can't remember. When I did the first p90x all I had was a pull up bar and a weight band, and I was able to do just about everything (unlike p90x2 where you need a bunch of other crap). Could I do 3 with just what I already have?

Got mine Saturday. Starting next week

All you need is dumb bells and chin-up bar I'm pretty sure
Posted on 12/30/13 at 8:19 am to WG_Dawg
Yes, 3 does not require all the extra equipment.
And it's more like 45 minutes once you include warm up
And cool down. No ab ripper either.

I was a big p90x guy the first time it came out. did a couple of rounds and got in phenomenal shape, but i have learned that there are more efficient ways to get in the same shape and at this point my achiles are shot in both feet so I can't do all of the jumping up and down stuff without getting injured. Istick to my 5x5 plus cardio and running. legs get so strong from doing squats

Get a resistance band that you can loop through the door and slam it in the top. You can do everything with them.

You can go at your own pace. You don't need to keep up with how fast the people in the videos are going. If they are doing jumping jacks for a minute and you can only do 10, then do 10. Over time you'll be able to do more and more. Just be smart and listen to you're body. Pause the video and take breaks.
I haven't done p90x3 yet, but if it's like any of Tonys other videos, he'll be telling you everything I just said and more.

That wasn't the case with my first workout, Total Synergistics. The 5 minute warmup period and the brief cool down were included in the total 30 minutes

I'm starting Wednesday or Thursday.
