The freighter "Queen Hind" has partially capsized in the Black Sea in Romanian waters.
While the total human crew has been safely rescued, the cargo of almost 15,000 sheep are trapped aboard.
A lucky 32 sheep have been rescued so far.
The Arkansas National Guard are reportedly mobilizing.
