Creatine is pretty pointless to be honest

As someone who doesn't take any supplements, creatine is one i actually would. It's one of the few that have MOUNDS and MOUNDS of research to back it up. It's obvious you have done zero research if you think creatine has no benefits.

Ok, if you want a credible, academic source.

Cr supplementation is associated with an enhanced accrual of strength in strength-training programs, a response not independent from the initial weight gain, but may be related to a greater volume and intensity of training that can be achieved. There is no definitive evidence that Cr supplementation causes gastrointestinal, renal, and/or muscle cramping complications.

I took two bottles of complete nutrition kry-akalyn creatine (black and blue bottle) last year.

It didn't do anything for me except add a few pounds of water weight and made me bloated after workouts. Which is exactly what studies say it does.

well it's settled. Some dude took some shitty creatine while sitting on the couch thinking it would turn him into the hulk and nothing happened.

Decades of research down the tube.

I have to agree. Creatine is the one supplement that I take that actually works.

Lmao. I've worked out at the least 5 days a week since I've been in college (4 years).

I love how he's completely ignoring the legit study from the American College of Sports Medicine I posted that proves him wrong.

Creatine is definitely effective and i can tell when I'm taking it. Also, as others have noted, there is mounds of evidence to back it up.

Well maybe you'd know the difference between your biased anecdotal evidence and hundreds, if not thousands, of studies backing up the benefits of creatine.

Maybe you bought a shitty brand or batch, which there is much of out there.

Maybe you have unrealistic expectations.

Maybe you don't know how to workout.

Who knows?

The one thing we know for sure is there is a shitload of research and evidence out there showing the benefits of creatine.

Why workout twice a day? Seems overdone unless training for something.

because I enjoy doing it and it's better than going once a day

most guys work two muscle groups a day for just an hour. going twice a day lets me focus on one muscle group during each session for a full hour. eta: also allows me days to devote to cardio and abs
