i've enjoyed BB, but not opposed to doing it again.
I understand, just going to be limited to what you can do at home without a power cage, bar and weights.

Where it says deadlift 1x5
How do you determine workload? What about warm up lifts?
your starting your first workout with a working set weight of 135 if you have no bumpers. If you have bumpers then you can start with 10s on each side. you add weight every workout until you fail to complete the prescribed number of reps. you add 10lbs per workout so if you started at 135 you would be at 255 in 12 weeks.
Of course you would have mutiple warm up sets before the working set. The working set should be a balls to the wall set.

essentially rubber plates like used in crossfit and olympic lifting. a 10lb plate is the same size as a regular 45lbs plate or close to it. Cna also do technique plates.
It all about getting the bar off the ground to the correct heigth to do a proper deadlift.

Stronglifts is up 10 lbs each deadlift session until you reach 225. Then it increases by 5 lbs each session.

I like it because it is easy and I'm in and out of the gym in 30 minutes including warm-up and cool down stretches.
How in the hell? I can see when you're first starting out but as my numbers went up, so did the length of my workouts.
It takes me at least an hour. Sometimes an hour and a half especially on dead lift days.
I started April 1st of this year after going through PT with a bum shoulder and years of being a sedentary fatass. I started with the bar and now have my numbers up there pretty good.

well you should do 10 per until you fail, reset then do 5 per until you fail again then reset and do 2.5. after that its time to switch or very close to it.

This is the proper way to squat. Dont squat any other way. arse to the ground.
Lol. No. You go to the position your body lets you while maintaining proper form. (Hopefully it's at least parallel)

exactly despite what mark rippetoe says, low bar and high bar are both proper. Go to the depth you are able to maintain form and if you are not able to go arse to grass, work on mobility. eventually you should be close to being able to.

Squatting 3x a week suckssss
I would do Ice Cream Fitness over SL (it's pretty similar with more accessory work, same linear progression model), but even then I got burned out after like 2 months because it really sucked going to the gym and spending 30 minutes squatting 3 times a week.

For sure. Mobility is so boring though.

This isn't the program if you don't have too many Dumbbells or not enough weights

I liked it but I plateaued on squats pretty quickly.
I still think 5/3/1 is the best program there is.

arse to grass is for cross-fitters, if you are into that sort of thing

If you cant go into a full squat then you don't have enough mobility.

kortes 3x3 is a good program that is intended for the advanced lifter that wants to concentrate on powerlifting style training. So less than 1% of the posters on this board.
Its a good program its just overly complicated and requires you to understand where your weakness is on each lift, similarly to a true westside program.
in other words less than 5% of those that lift should even care about a program like that.
the ones I listed are geared more towards building a foundation and then strength + aesthetics which most people on here and lift in general just want to be stronger, be healthier and mostly look better naked.

Stop. You don't know what you are talking about. There is no one size fits all for squats. Different ROM activates different tensions and muscles for different people. Your whole arse to grass thing is an arbitrary standard derived from olympic lifters and most recently a crossfitter trend.
