My mother smoked for years and could never bring herself to stop. All it took was a stay in the hospital and the doctor telling her she had to quit, now. It's been nearly a year and she hasn't slipped once. I'm very proud of her.

I only smoke when I go out, recently that has only been only once every 2-3 weeks, but I sure do like going through at least a pack of Camel Crush while at the bar.
