Very few have a perfect body. I have a curved spine and it takes too much work to make my abs show.

Dude, I got so fat during and after my wife's pregnancy. Gained almost 40 pounds

I only gained 10 but its deceptive. I've lost muscle and gained fat so probably 15-20 lbs of fat. I hate walking down the stairs with the wiggle of disappointment.

I'd rather lift fasted (10g protein, that's it). Burn fat while i lift.

Smash carbs post lift and that'll go to muscle.

Right now, you're just burning through a carb source. Pudgy arse fricker.

Thats what I do. Load up on your carbs/fruits in the morning for energy, protein throughout the rest of the day

Does anyone do any sprint work ?

I found that sprints (nothing longer than 100M/100yards) help me burn more than than long distance runs and jogs. I dont htink ive actually jogged a mile since high school to be honest

I sprint anywhere from 20 yards to 200m. Great exercise. Screw long jogs. Too boring.

I did a 4 mile loop today of brisk walks and 1 Minute fast run intervals in mid day heat. I was cooked. That was after lifting.

I know how that goes. My lower back curves in a lot...so it makes my gut appear larger than it is. Upper abdominal is visible, lower not at all. :(

Ha! Mine does the same thing, but I still get good definition, just not amazing.

My right part of my lower abdominal sticks out. It looks like my hip is messed up or something. It's weird.

Sprints are great. I do weighted and regular sprint workouts twice a week. I go for a long run twice a week as well.
