OT Tip Request: Best beach vacation spot outside the country?

Any recs on where to beach vacation outside the country? Never been outside the country other than a few nontropical countries.
Factors to include: safety, English speaking, avoiding tourist trash (INb4 "you're trash!"), and ease of travel.

Aruba is one of our favorites
Beaches are great, people are nice, no one begging to sell you shite on beaches, and trade winds make the heat bearable.
We've been 4 times, and will go back.
Plus they have casino gaming and sports betting, so i was real happy.
You won't find the poors who go to Mexico in Aruba.
