Only members of the National Association of Realtors are allowed to use the term Realtor in their advertising etc.

why are there so many lawyers and so few realtors?

There are similar numbers of both in U.S. as well as doctors. I assume this means in your mind the medical boards are easier than real estate exam too?

I would say it depends on what kind of doctor you want to be. It’s certainly harder to become a realtor than a gynecologist.

Considering most doctors are affirmative action these days and they don’t have affirmative action for realtors yeah probably

The bar was common sense. Questions like which injury to claim and who was the best chiropractor etc

Until you’ve put in the long hours studying to pass that test you wouldn’t understand. You earn the title. I’d say the real estate licensing exam is harder than the bar

Just here to say el Gaucho is doing some of his best work in this thread. His troll jobs have been struggling lately. Glad to see he’s back on his game.

f the real estate exam is so much easier than the bar exam why are there so many lawyers and so few realtors

By this logic you would also want to know why there are more lawyers than street beggars.

Why do Doctors of religion put DR in front of their name like they are medical doctors.

The title doctor was originally given to those that held the PhD, the term "doctor" is latin and means "to teach". In the case of religion the Doctorate in Divinity was one of the earliest doctorates that could be earned. Physicians adopted the title doctor later, and have since tried to convince the world that they are the only ones that should use the title.
