Once you sit on a jury for a Gordon/dudleydipshit trial, you’ll have all answers you seek

So you admit stretching and exercise works? Who would have thought?
My point was a good chiro includes rehab in their treatment plan.

Don’t let them touch your neck. There’s a reason ER docs, radiologists, and neurologists never go to chiropractors (vertebral artery dissection).

I’ve been seeing one for a month now to deal with a pinched nerve in my back. Upper back pain that can radiate down to the arm, even make my hand tingle from time to time. It happened seemingly overnight.
I’ve had maybe 6 visits, was told it wasn’t something that went away overnight. I notice some progress, but the visits add up…
Anybody here have experience seeing a chiro with positive results?
like all professions, can be both.
some are really good, but if they are just having you come in for an adjustment and not having you do exercises at home to eventually have the pain go away....find a new one.
but for some things all that is needed is an adjustment. At 25 i had a pinched nerve in my mid back. the doctors all told me, have surgery, get a shot or just pop pain pills. Chiro cleared it up after 3 visits. Now I go 3-4 times a year to get adjusted when i feel it start to tingle some. I went from the pain being so bad I passed out from not breathing and couldnt really walk to being perfectly fine to do everything within a month.
but in general, if they just adjust you and send you on your way...quack.

I dealt with a lower back nerve issue after emergency surgery while in the Navy. I saw several chiropractors over the years and got some temporary relief from a few. The last one I saw was 15 years ago. He used thermal heat, acupuncture treatments and adjustments for almost 6 months. Since those treatments, I’ve never needed another treatment. Wish I had found him sooner.

Here’s my update:
My arm pain is almost completely gone. The tingling in my hands is almost gone.
So far, I can’t complain about the results.
