The CTS V is a good performance car

It's essentially a BMW M5 with an engine that sounds like a NASCAR. Very cool.

the latest crop have nice looks. Not sure about quality...I still think of the line as "grandma" cars though.

Truck nuts don’t look good on a vehicle with white wall tires and gold edging

Straight fricking junk...Cadillacs from the 60's and 70's were much better.

I like the ATS. Don’t understand the appeal of the Escalade at Cadillac’s asking price though.

Always loved the Cadillac sedans. Would drive a CT6 in a heartbeat.

Did anyone else click on this thread and want to immediately post it is a cougar bar, then realize you were talking about a vehicle?

Cadillacs are nice looking rides but for the same money you can get in a Lexus or German mark. Plus reliability & resale....

Wife has one. She likes it. I would rather her in a Lexus or Toyota.

OT opinion on Cadillacs

I inherited my grandfather's 1960 El Dorado (fins and all) when I was a senior in HS in 1974. I could fit half the school in that car for weekend cruising. Great fun.

We Gen Xers assume Cadillac drivers are either A. black, B. really old, or C. both

White people cannot drive Cadi’s or Chrysler 300M’s due to cultural appropriation.

For the price, go with one of the German luxury brands or a Lexus. Terrible resale value. Only Cadillac I’d own is an Escalade, and the price on those are damn near 80k +

For terrible resale value, the BMW 7 series, and Mercedes S class value drops like a stone, along with one of the Cadillac models they are in the 10 cars with the greatest 5 year depreciation, a lot of the other models are also not that great.
