OT Medicos: right side testicle pain, sickness to stomach

Last week, had soreness right testicle moving up, sickness to stomach. Felt like crap, some diarrhea. lasted about 24 hours then suddenly went away.
Today, same thing, except more nausea. Going to see doctor at 2:15 but would be interested in any comments.
This same stuff has sometimes occurred after sex. I've had my kidneys, prostate and testicles checked for cancer. It is always on the right side.

the sick to stomach and pain running from the balls to side would indicate likely kidney stone. sucks for you baw. i had one they had to stick a ray gun up my dick and blast them. I told them to put me to sleep or I wouldnt do it.

It may be relevant that when I had my vasectomy a few years ago, I had terrible right side testicular pain for a couple of days.

Testicular torsion
Grab right ball and twist clockwise once. If it hurts more, twist twice the other way.
Happens to me pretty much any time I drink and do doggy style.

I knew a guy once whose only symptoms were testicle pain and nausea; turned out to be a heart attack. Seriously.

frick that - involved in a case where a woman went in for a lithotripsy, anesthesiologist let her go ten minutes without oxygen. She ended up in a permanent vegetative state.

Testicular torsion, or hernia (but the testicle doesn't usually ride high with a hernia). The episodic nature sounds like it Torses and untorses.
The pain in the stomach is because the testicles (and ovaries) developed around the kidney, then descend down before birth. So the innervation would be from that area. That's why someone said kidney stone (but kidney stone doesn't cause high-riding testes)

Possibly cancer. Not even playing. Happened to a friend of mine at 23. He had to get a testicle removed. I'd get checked.
