Short answer...it's fixable.
Control arms are not expensive. You're gonna have to bring it to a frame shop to cut out and replace that crossmember (and check if the frame is still straight).
If they can't get a crossmember, getting one fabbed up is gonna be expensive.
Eta: Insurance would probably total that vehicle

It can be fixed but the bracket will have to have some pulling/welding done.
The arm will be replaced and the bolts are probably bent/tweaked. It would be unsurprising if there was some other hidden damage elsewhere.
A competent frame/alignment shop can handle this. In BR, Agco Automotive comes to mind.
Wild guess a $2k repair depending on how much the parts cost is. As stated above you may be able to seek out the suspension arm as a used part.

Thanks for the info everyone. I can handle the arm and bolts and such, but if it’s going to cost more than $200 or $300 to straighten out that mounting bracket by pulling and welding, then it’s not worth it.
I should probably stop watching forged in fire and thinking a dude with a torch and a ball peen hammer can handle this.

The control arm is an easy DIY.
The frame is bent and that’s a different story. Sometimes they can heat those up and straighten them out. That one may be too bent.
It seems like the only other option would be to get someone who can cut that piece off of junk car and weld it on yours.

You could heat it up with a torch and try pulling it with a come along. Then go to work with your ball peen hammer. Nothing to lose

That's basically what they do at frame shops.
If someone bent it back for the OP, I'd recommend welding on a backing plate for strength

It will definitely cost more than that to have it done by a reputable repair shop.
You'll have to leave everything intact just to get it to the shop. It'll cost you that much just to have them remove (and later replace) enough of the suspension to get to the part that needs straightening.

Go see Rick at Pontchartrain Customs on 59 in Mandeville. Tell him you are going to do all the work if he can just pull that mount back where it belongs. He will give you a cash price if you don't want insurance involved. Good people.

At $100-125/hr, they've got to cut it off and weld it back on. If you can get the bracket, and it's drivable, I'd check with some metal fab shops to see if they could weld it back on for you. I'd trust their welding more than a body shop.
You're still gonna have to deal with fixing the LCA though. That's only a $40-50 part

A competent frame man would have that back on the road before lunch. No cutting/welding needed.

No cutting or welding would be required on this repair. Put it on the frame machine and pull it back into place. Would take longer to get it on the frame machine than the actual pull. The only way to figure the cost is to go over and ask. If it is to much, asked him if he wants to buy it. You might not even have to drive it back home. And no, I don't have any connection with this shop, other than some help on a few small repairs and he was very reasonable. Good luck.

This can be either an easy fix by going to the junkyard and finding a part that is almost intact
Or it can be a huge pain in the arse money wise

Putting cars on a frame machine and getting it back to factory specification has been an industry standard since before you were on Gods green earth. Heating the high tinsel steels of modern cars will in fact weaken the metal more than cold bending. The first thing that comes to my mind is to take a cutting torch and heat it red hot and try to beat it back into shape.
