Aside from dinner and movie (and obligatory DTF), what are some dates that many of you like to do or would like to do?
I'm looking for suggestions that doesn't necessarily have to involve a lot of money being spent.
Local brewery that has a live band.
Minor league baseball game, of course my gf loves baseball more than I do.
Kiddie pool in the back yard with wine and steak. This one requires lots of tiki torches.

We often find activities in a neighboring city such as BR or Lafayette. That way we reduce the risk of running into people we know and can enjoy each other's company a little more.

Me and my ole lady used to do dance classes but one time it got very intense and I was showing so my ole lady being the good woman she is, helped me out with my problem, lets just say we were asked never to return again

Get a bottle of wine or a couple of beers and find somewhere moderately scenic to sit and chat while the sun goes down.
In Savannah we often just get some folding chairs and sit out on the marsh. Or the beach.
In Atlanta, we often hike up Stone Mountain and sip and talk.
Take her to one of those places where you paint and drink wine. It's actually a good time. $70 for a couple.

Top Golf is a fun date night.
Cooking classes together are fun. Sur la Table is a good place to do this at(if your city has a Sur la Table in it).
We'll go find a decent bar that has darts and just go play darts and drink sometimes as well.
My husband and I like to just go check out new restaurants and/or breweries in the area as well.
Day dates together have included going kayaking or hiking together. Taking a day trip to our favorite spots a few hours away from us to just spend the day there (ex: we do this a lot with Sedona and Flagstaff).

We tried to do dance classes. Quit halfway through Bc we were so exhausted by the time it was Thursday at 7 PM, and the drama of leaving the two year old with a sitter just stopped being worth it. If you have more energy I would say the dance class was fun.
Also, try the Ruffino's cooking "class" they have each Monday/Tuesday the first week of each month. $100/pp gets you all you can eat/drink. It's wine paired, sommelier is there to advise, and the brothers cook in front of the class..
Pretty fun. Recommend it highly.

Nah, they get old enough to be on their own eventually. Then it's like a renaissance for your marriage. You get to be a couple all over again.

The best aphrodisiac is getting her away from the kids. It allows Moms to become wives/lovers again, even if only for a few hours.
My kids are outta here next week for a week! We're having a stay-cation with a possible weekend away in Savannah or ATL. Naked time in the living room!

Wow i thought i just had no imagination but the rest of you are pretty boring also
Wkend in Nawlins once a year.
Kids ball games we really enjoy.
We tryed the clubs etc.. But it just made us remember why we stopped going.
Not for everyone but if it were not for our kids running us ragged we would be booooored to death

Think of this. Your kids may be out of your house in 10 years. Could be different, adjust accordingly.
If you're bored without your kids, what are the two of you going to do when they're gone?
People can tend to drift apart and not know it. Many stay together for the kids. Take action now to prevent anything like this from happening in your marriage.

Yeah saying you would be bored with each other if there were no kids doesn't sound like a great marriage to me.

As long as my wife has a pussy, we will always have something to do on date night

Right now we are in a glorious time. Kids are gone and we don't have grand kids yet so we have a lot of free time to go do things we haven't done in a while.
