He should go to prison for vehicular manslaughter at the very least, but he will not. What TS did was wrong and he has to live with that burden forever.
This really makes 0 sense...its racing...its a dangerous sport and they know this going into it...he left his car which is putting himself in danger...if you knew the vision that dirt track guys have its not very good due to the dirt being in the visor and what not...this was a pure accident due to poor choices from the other guy...What exactly did TS do...he was driving around on the track under caution at caution speed...and the guy that wrecked was more worried about pointing at the guy that wrecked him putting him in dangers way...

Great shot of the spectacular view out of the right side of the vehicle.

But I know for a FACT that some people came into this thread with their "facts" and don't shite about racing.

Yes I am aware it was under yellow.

Kevin was the wronged guy in this situation
Exactly. And he did the same type of thing that Tony has done.

Surely you saw how Tony ran him up the track into the wall?

Tony didn't show up at this little track to let some little punk get out there and shake his fist at him.
Good grief, probably 100's of drivers have shaken their fist at Tony Stewart.

There is a report that came out today that claims Tony Stewart threatened to run over this kid two years ago.
Has that link been posted here yet?

That would be at full throttle. This didnt happened under yellow. The previous cars that passed ward first werent at full throttle at all.

It's not time, but there will be "Hoosier Daddy?" shirts coming out somewhere. Of course, that would be in poor taste, and I don't condone that stuff.

And what relevance would that possibly have to the incident? Or did Stewart plan on baiting Ward out the car and into the middle of the track?

So, there's magically not supports, roll cages, and other blind spots when the car goes slower?
It was also at night, and that was posted during the day :D

Do you think that racers' views are not obstructed by dirt that stuck to their visors throughout the race?

What relevance would threatening to run over someone have to actually running over someone when given the first opportunity? hmmm...
I don't know. I can't see the connection.

Or would you find that highly unusual for Mr. Stewart's personality?
Highly unusual. Someone shrunk his nuts a few years ago. He no longer displays a temper ... and has not beem much of a factor in Sprint Cup either.
And your old links show a BIG difference in the situations. There is even a big difference between the two links. One has safety crew already on scene. Admit your ignorance.

Not true.
Smoke threatened to Run over Kenseth and that was on the track.

So then why accelerate when he got by ward? Or do you think he just never saw him at any point?
