Because it looks like shite and is in variance with HOA. Who gives a frick if it's a 90 year old woman. If you allow her to do it, as an HOA, you set a precedent for granting variances, which basically is a giant pain in the arse.

Just buy some stilts and learn to cruise on them real fast up and down the fence line at dusk every night. Disturb her. Or add a little pizazz and dress up in a gorilla suit and imitate King Kong when he busted through the savages 50 ft fence.

Someone needs to invest in a pressure washer and clean the fence. Then spray the deck as well. Finish it off with a nice stain and some landscaping where grass is not growing. Might want to invest in better patio furniture and clean up the rust on the smoker too.
