OT Lawyers - how’s my case against WBRZ for using my image

A few years ago, I’m watching the noon news on Channel 2 in BR. They are running a story about The Chimes adding a second story. They use my photograph in the story and on their website. I call them, tell them to pay me for my image or take it down. Of course they took it down.
I just ran across their FB feed, they are using it again.
I took this photo about 10 years ago.

Credit under your link to The Advocate says “provided photo” so I would think maybe The Chimes gave it to them?

You should be fairly compensated for your work, however, there will be disagreement on what "fairly compensated" means for a Facebag post.

Never stop fighting this. Sure, your picture is probably worth $25. And of course, the photo is shite quality by photography standards. And admittedly, anyone could have taken a very identical photo. But it’s yours. And you have no life. So use the pathetic, insane amount of free time you have bringing those frickers in an already dying business to justice.
