OT Lawyers - how’s my case against WBRZ for using my image

75A few years ago, I’m watching the noon news on Channel 2 in BR. They are running a story about The Chimes adding a second story. They use my photograph in the story and on their website. I call them, tell them to pay me for my image or take it down. Of course they took it down.
I just ran across their FB feed, they are using it again.
I took this photo about 10 years ago.

Credit under your link to The Advocate says “provided photo” so I would think maybe The Chimes gave it to them?

Actually, freelance photographers get only like $25 an image or so.

And admittedly, anyone could have taken a very identical photo. But it’s yours. And you have no life. So use the pathetic, insane amount of free time you have bringing those frickers in an already dying business to justice.
