OT Help...I've been sharing the WIFI with my neighbor

I moved to a new city within the last 9 months. I settled on an apartment to better acquaint myself with the area. A nice looking female (no pics) moved in next door 6 months ago. I've gotten to know her fairly well. We used hang out once every week or two. Three months ago I brought up the idea of sharing the internet. She made a deal for $20 a month and I gave her my WIFI password.
She paid the first month up front. Two and half months went by and she hasn't paid anything since the first month. As the 3rd month approaches I send her a text that said "hey, I haven't heard from you in a while, are you still using the internet?"
I ASSUMED her response would be "Oh sorry, I totally forgot. Let me stop by and pay you later today." No, her response was "Why are you being so cold? How about a "how are you doing?""
The conversation ended with her agreeing to pay me next week when her total owed would be $60. I will say there's been multiple red flags with this person over the past few months and I've been slowly distancing myself from hanging out with her.
What should I do?
A. Not take her money and change my password?
B. Take her money and change my password?
C. Not take her money and let her keep using the internet for free?
