That's a beautiful piece of real estate. One problem. You spend $15mm and you'd still be considered a poser because it isn't Augusta National

I wouldn't go this far, but it really isn't anything special.
Even right outside the gates of ANGC. Washington Road is a mix of worn out chain restaurants, oil change shops, and empty strip malls.

The real estate market there is possibly the most fricked up in the united states. 50 weeks out of the year values are shite and for two weeks a year they have downtown San Francisco property values.
I know a guy who own 6 homes there that he rents out. But the renters sign a lease acknowledging that the home will be occupied during the two weeks of the tournament and they have to be out. My buddy pay the years mortgage off of the two weeks rental and the 50 week residents rental is all profit. Crazy stuff.
