Figure this out...
Assumptions:
1. A perfectly round and smooth globe with a circumference of 25,000 miles. (Image of earth for reference; no surface features; smooth)
2. A yellow string on the surface at the circumference is 25,000 miles long.
3. A second red string sits directly over the yellow string, but 1 foot above the surface all the way around.
Question: What is the difference in length between the yellow string and the red string?

1 meter unless you changed the numbers around. I don’t feel like checking though.
The standard questions answer is 1 meter though.
