About the time the Beatles put out their first hit record, there was a movie house in Clinton, MS. It was known as The Hilltop Theater. Attached to the side of the building was a Grill that sold burgers and such. In the Hilltop Grill was a baseball game Like this one.

I bet I fed 500 nickels into that puppy over the few years we went to the Hilltop.
I don't know why I don't just bite the bullet and buy one. The main reason is probably space to put it.
So much fun to play. Thanks to strong magnets under the playing surface, it even threw curve balls.
There was also a space theme pinball machine located at Len Lew's Beer joint just north of the crossroads H45/H82 east of Starkville, MS during college days. Cold Schlitz beer by the pitcher with a Sliced BBQ Pork Sandwich at Len Lew's was good too.

Tempest or Defender
I loved both of those games, but…
They were hard as f**k.
After three levels of tempest it was a struggle
Defender…
I couldn’t barely operate the damn ship much less reverse etc…
