I used to drink it 30 years ago because I liked the local brand. When they re introduced it it really is a good easy drinking beer. It's not a craft beer but I would drink a Dixie over l Bud, Miller every time. I'm really upset about this.

i buy it semi regularly. i think its alright and the light beer is honestly really good.
but lets be real the reason i bought was the can looks cool and its got an awesome name.
and dixie couldve been popular across the whole south not just louisiana.
