OT Ballers: Casa Bella Vista for sale in Dallas (has a pool in the foyer)

All that I would ask to be included are some wooden rafts to help my learn more about Huckleberry Finn. That filthy flooded bayou kills some of these photos.

I cant figure why a pool in the foyer is desirable....its actually pretty stupid given the mess a pool makes

Yea, I wasn't too happy with the view. You guys should see where I'm moving to now. Puts my Casa Bella Vista to shame.

Don't care for the front exterior, back is better (but then there's that river). Interior has a few perks but mainly looks like a poorly decorated hotel lobby. Ignoring the Dallas part, this would be a great group vacation rental.
