Looks like that pic was taken after one of the heavy rains we've had this year. The water is usually not that muddy or that high.

This is what you typically get with Turtle Creek

There are a lot of carp in there. The Turtle Creek area is pretty ritzy though.Its right next to Highland Park and the creek flows through the middle of Highland Park with some nice parks built beside it.

When you buy a house like that, does it come furnished? I mean, I realize if your spending 9MM on a house you can afford furniture, but it seems like it'd be a pain in the arse. I'm sure decorators chose that shite specifically for that house, so it's not like the current owners will still want it.
