The part in chicken fried where he says “thank god for the Stars and Stripes” does that to me

The needless fricking pandering in that song is cringeworthy.

ZBB blows. Toby Keith decided after 9/11, he was going to go full patriotic pandering mode and make money off that base.

I'm all for the military, but this is the cringiest, most pandering song in existence.

Green day saying "hey if you put a bunch of political phrases together in nonsensical ways, it's cool. As long as you're liberal and calling bush a tyrant."

You better not be joking about that. Zac Brown is fantastic. We just went up to Milwaukee and saw him at Summerfest this last Sunday.

As is now tradition during Chicken Fried, he stopped at the appropriate point to talk about how great our country is, the big screen opened behind him, and a marine was standing there saluting. It was great.

This is from their 2014 show, which I was also at. Downtown Milwaukee fireworks going off, Zac talking about America, AND A BETSY ROSS FLAG APPEARANCE!!!! Every time someone plays this video Colin Kaepernicks ears tingle: LINK

Also, how in the hell does the OP leave America, by the great Neil Diamond off the list?

It started with the camera just showing flags or servicemen in the crowd, then he would say some words, and then he started bringing them out on stage for that part. Everyone loves it. Hell, that would be pretty cool if you were in the service and got to go out on stage in that moment, no? SO MUCH MERCA
