In Louisiana Murder 2 is mandatory life in prison with no parole.(unless the perp was under 18 then parole must he offered at some point pee US Supreme Court)

I think about 65% of people in Angola are doing life.

Look at the photo of him running and he is afoot off the ground. I remember when he tried to claim those gave him no advantage he wanted to run in the Olympics. Yeah right.

Also, don't worry about his sentence. One of the leading candidates for the President of SA is currently openly calling for genocide of all the whites in the country. He's going to get his.

They're springs. It's hilarious that was considered fair even by Paralympics standards or whatever.

She must have been a gigantic pain in the arse. He wasn't even married to her and he felt the need to kill her. There must have been some epic bitching going on that night.

Even that guy is eligible for parole in 25 years.

25-8= 17 more years.

And thats just eligible, not that he will get out. But good job not proving your point.

And looking at this he was originally given five years, then extended to 13 and did 8.

So def a strange case.

Officials confirmed Pistorius was "at home" on Friday morning, having served half of his more than 13-year sentence.
Ms Steenkamp's mother said she accepted the decision to release the former athlete - but added her family was the one "serving a life sentence".

While in prison, Pistorius drove a tractor in the grounds, worked in the library and cleaned inmates' cells, according to legal documents cited by South African journalist Karyn Maughan.

shite we call that slavery here.

I questioned his story at the time.

I’ve since heard a number of South Africa horror stories, including a family friend who had lived there for a while getting held up in a way that made her say “frick that shite” and leave her fiancée and acting career there behind overnight.
