It's one way, but the chances of a person getting cancer from HPV is low, most people have good enough immune systems to fight off the virus and many types of HPV do not cause cancer.

Link?. I'm pretty sure you're way off. The number is probably closer to 5% than it is to 50%

What is the end game to your PSA here? Are you suggesting we eliminate oral sex all together or use condoms/dental dam(?) Neither are ever going to happen.

No it's not.
Of the 150 million or so males in the US, around 7,900 develop an HPV attributable cancer each year. That is .005% -- 1/2 of 1% of 1%. I'll worry about sunburns, drinking, eating right, exercise, and drug & tobacco use. I'll roll the dice on munching box.

A lot is still unknown about HPVs role in head and neck cancer. It seems to be a modifier of sorts in the sense that it can accelerate onset in those who smoke and drink heavily.
However for certain head and neck Cancer such as tonsillar and base of tongue, having HPV associated cancer is better than not having HPV. These tumors seems to respond dramatically to radiotherapy and these people usually have a much better prognosis.
To my knowledge theres no studies that show that having the vaccination will prevent these head and neck cancers, but the logic dictates that it might. Do the growing number of association of HPV with various cancers and neoplasms, there will likely be a push to include this as part of the early vaccination for all genders in the coming decades.
I wouldn't go so far as to advocate against oral sex. Your efforts would be better sought to curb tobacco and heavy alcohol use.

The causal relationship evidence is very strong
As all cases of HPV Cancer go down in the United states the number of head throat and oral HpV cancers have rapidly increased especially in males
At the same time tobacco use in this age group as declined and alcohol use remained constant
The variable that has changed is men who perform oral sex

I'm guessing the op agrees with Louisiana Law, to where anything besides vaginal intercourse is labeled as "Crimes Against Nature."

We ok to do that shite?

Not surprisingly, the board has had a negative reaction to your post. They're generally opposed to knowledge, medicine, and science, it seems, at least as they pertain to alcohol, sex, and tobacco. The upward trend in head and neck cancers will continue, I guess. Suits me - it's good for business.
