People still use Weight Watchers? There's a thousand free calorie counting apps that are just as good and not 30$ a month.

ETA - She's worth 3 billion

I still don´t quite grasp how she´s amassed such a fortune.

She was the highest paid TV person ever, once her show was popular and entrenched? Moreso than Seinfeld?

What did she parlay this money into? Production?

Somebody help me out. TIA.

Oprah probably tried the product, lost 5 lbs of water weight, then fluctuated between her previous weight and her new weight for a year, then realized the cash cow that Weight Watchers is since it never causes any true weight loss, but makes tons of cash off of stupid people who won't exercise

eating matters more than working out in terms of weight loss, esp for obese people

You think fat people have the discipline to count calories and stick to it?

In her case, she has "watched" her weight go down slightly, then double, go down again, then triple... rinse and repeat.
