Butker deserves to be proud of what he’s achieved…he can be the man he wants to be.

I played soccer, and I could kick a 30-ish yard FG. Not consistently, and I couldn't kickoff for a touch back either. If I had worked on it, probably, but just because someone played soccer, doesn't make them an all-pro kicker in the NFL. It's not that simple.

It’s ridiculous. I would say that I’d bet my house that no woman in the world can kick footballs as well as my son, and he’s a junior in high school…but it’s insane to even think about. If you trained a woman pro soccer player for a couple of years they wouldn’t be as good he was as a freshman.

We talking about the same woman that played for Vandy? ESPN cut away from other games to show a mediocre kick, and that’s being generous, who also immediately ran off to the sidelines. I know its true but anyone with common sense has to have a hard time believing these people actually believe what they are saying.

I’ll bet you weren’t quite the athlete that Todd Walker was either, your take goes directly into the court of the side that questions why so much attention is paid to women athletes once they get out of middle school/hs, the athleticism simply isn’t there

Butler is a top 5 kicker in the NFL. I love how this writer just thinks he could casually be replaced, much less by a female, who we’ve never seen come close to having the skill set needed to even compete on a high school football team.
