A former tenant that lives off North Sherwood in a duplex called to tell me she saw a Lama & goat in her driveway this morning, in Baton Rouge.

I did not believe her until she showed me her video camera recording. There was a decent size goat chillin in her driveway and an hour later an animal that looked like a Lama.

Now I seen horses, cattle, Donkeys, Buffalos, and a guy riding a bull down the road in North Baton Rouge.
Later I see a guy come and bring the Lama back to his duplex.

Will try to get pictures off her video camera system to post.

The area went from drug houses to Latinos raising goats, cows, donkeys, horses, bulls, Buffalo, & lama’s.

I am glad I sold my duplexes while I could get something for them.
At times I do miss the uniqueness of SWB’s North Baton Rouge.

I'm sure there's areas of Peru and Ecuador where one can see such a thing as well

I have to drive through NBR a lot for work and frequently see guys on horses. The Llama is new, though.

ETA when i worked in Scotlandville at a school one of the students was arrested. I thought i could probably guess what for but i later learned it was horse theft.

Not true. I was heading to Tuscaloosa years ago and saw a llama with a red rope around his neck heading northbound on I59. He did not, however, have a goat with him so you have me there.

The high school I went to had 700ish students 9-12th grade and we had about 75 goats that just free roamed campus and nobody thought anything of it.

As I’ve got older and thought back on it I wonder what the hell visitors must have thought when they showed up for a football game and goats were all in the parking lot

Best one was I assume World Cup soccer game. These people partied big time.

Blocked the road and had a huge party all night.

Had a naked guy riding a bull down the street.
Yes, they had kids riding goats.
Had a DJ infront of one of the duplexes playing music.
Another group had a nice setup feeding people. Women would bring food to the men no complaints.
Midnight basketball had nothing on these people as they were playing soccer all night in the street.
One duplex they had liquor tables and gave me free liquor & beer.
Then they put TV’s on their patios having large groups watching the soccer games.

It's sad that illegals are an improvement over our local hoodrats. Gardere isn't as violent as it used to be now that Latinos are taking over.
