Online Tone Generator
Normal human hearing is 20-20,000 Hz.
I can hear all the way down to 57 Hz. I couldn't get passed 1100 Hz without hurting my ears.
Fun to try out.

Not bad. I was brought in to the School of Nursing at my university today (no pics) to do a tutorial on the vestibulochochlear system. The nursing students could hear all the way down to 20 Hz.

Keep in mind that requires your speakers/headphones to produce the frequencies at the upper and lower end. On my laptop I can hear from ~45Hz to 14kHz. Playing a tone generator through speakers I can "hear" down to about 16hz but there is a point where you are not "hearing" but feeling. Below 16hz it clearly is just air compression I feel. On the upper end through speakers, I can hear to around 15.7kHz.
The variations you perceive in volume are expressed on the Fletcher-Munson curve AKA the equal loudness curve.
It is theorized the reason we are most sensitive in the middle of the midrange is that us where the human voice resides.

Got my volume at like 30% and can go to 10 and up to like 17700 or so. The higher it is, the less loud it is, but more high pitched. Say you at 8500 and then you x2 it, and I can definitely tell a difference and hear something, but it is real subtle.
So how many Hz is 5g?

I don't need more tones in my ears right now. Tinnitus has that covered.

8 to 9639
I have been hard of hearing my entire life. Never had a hearing aid bad but had to have tubes and stuff put in when I was a kid. Still don't hear as well as I should I guess.

I'm going to venture a guess that that almost has to be the reason.

Am I the only one that got nauseous at the high Hz levels? Gave me Vertigo type feelings. I can hear up to around 16,000 Hz with volume on iPhone around 33%.

No. That's pretty common.
From Google:
quote:
Why do high pitched noises make me nauseous?
There are two types of hyperacusis: cochlear and vestibular. Cochlear, the most common form, causes pain in the ear, frustration, and a general feeling of intolerance to everyday sounds. Vestibular hyperacusis, on the other hand, causes feelings of nausea, dizziness, and imbalance when particular sounds are present.
