It hurts the heart to see people have the hot sauce in the fridge. It really does.

her keys

I saw them, chuckled and closed the door to wait for the inevitable "where are my keys I can't find them anywhere". So then I asked her to bring me a beer - aHA! ..... never told her I set her up to find them

Not the fridge but the freezer. My wife would put butter in the freezer. I asked her why and she said because her mom did. I said my mom kept it on the counter in a butter dish so let's call a truse and keep it in the fridge.

Take the Uncrustsbles straight from the freezer to the toaster for 3-4 min - outside gets warm and toasty and middle still got a little chill to it. Change your whole perspective on shite

That's from UV light bleaching the pepper flakes. It doesn't affect the taste of the pepper sauce, just makes it look nasty.

It was stored in my pantry and it didn't get UV light----plus it certainly did affect the taste. It was not near as fresh with a not so nice after-taste once swallowed.

I was a butter in the fridge family my whole early life. My wife was an on the counter. First time i watched her smoothly spread it on hot toast and realized how Id fought chunky butter for years I felt cheated and liberated

I freeze my sourdough bread. Then toast it right before eating.

Supposedly been proven that the blood sugar spike is greatly diminished by toasting frozen bread. They’re not sure why, but it’s true.

We keep butter for cooking in the fridge and we also have a stick in the butter dish for spreading on toast.

Well, I'm not sure what kind of janky shite you had going on there. I spent a lot of years making crab boil and hot sauce by the pallet.

If it is commercial then I agree. Pure maple syrup should be refrigerated, though.

It has been proven by several studies. Doing it with homemade bread lowers the glycemic index even more than commercial bread, but toasting both lowers it.

You need to get a Butter Spreader, Butter Knife. They are great for those that insist on cold butter.
