Not so much a funny name, but funny initials.
I knew a black guy whose initials were KKK.

On one Shuttle flight CAPCOM was talking to the crewmember named Richard...I think it might have been Richard Scobee...And during a series of questions asked by the crew the CAPCOM kept replying,"That's affirm, Dick". Multiple times. Say it fast...and you'll see why CAPCOM changed it to, "That's correct Dick".

There was a thread on here a few years ago that had a Shreveport arrest report featuring a young woman with the first name ‘Sh’Tonya’.

No. They’re mostly young, poorly educated women who are attempting to come up with some unique name for their children. They’re following suit from what’s been done over the last 30 - 40 years and it’s been an epic fail.
