Typical lib taking up for the criminal. Know the best way not to die while committing an armed robbery? Don't commit the armed robbery. But I guess that would be too much personal responsibility to expect. Damn I hate liberals

Not sure if its execution if its you just making sure that guy is never getting back up to take another shot. If the other guy didnt have a gun then i could accept that narrative.
He didn't have a gun when he fired that last shot. The guy who shot him was holding it

always find it weird that they say well he fired 2 or 3 more shots than he should have. Like the avg person is just going to stop shooting after pulling the trigger two or three time. Im sure in real life and death situations you are pumped full of adrenaline and you just dont turn it off in a few seconds. Are you really going to take the chance that you let the other guy get a few shots off if you quit shooting first? I think thats the thought process once you start pulling the trigger. All these people making these comments have never been in the other persons shoes. Not sure if its execution if its you just making sure that guy is never getting back up to take another shot.
Not to mention the citizen wouldn’t have even been I that position without the armed criminal being an armed criminal.
Citizen should get protection because it was the criminal that put the citizen in position to even have to make a decision of “how many shots”

I wouldn’t be having any conversations with the cops unless an attorney was present. The cops motive is to try and build a case against you using your own words in the police report.

Uh no. The conversation doesn't happen until an arrest happens.

True. Also it tailors the argument your defense attorney can make once your statements are on record.

Not necessarily. Could come in for a voluntary statement while not under arrest. Happens all the time. Always a very dumb move.

Y'all can be mad all you want about it. I am right on this one and have been from the first thread without seeing the video.
I'm not saying you're right or wrong but it is possible being right without also being a complete pompous asshat.

Where's the video of the execution? Only one I've seen cuts off before the good guy fires.

Some of the comments are stating the tPOS idiot had used an airsoft gun during the attempted armed robbery before taking a dirt nap.

Unfortunately, I think the guy will be charged with some sort of crime. Houston is pretty left wing too. There will probably be a Soros DA making that decision.

Wat? I’m just going by the law, Mr. Conservative.
The two execution style shots at the end are going to be very hard to defend.
Y’all are completely insane.

That's what I've been wondering. Should we revisit the laws on this?
That pharmacist in Oklahoma is rotting in prison for killing one of his robbers, but he was minding his own business until the thugs tried to rob him.
He didn't ask for this.

I'd be fine with being able to shoot someone breaking into your vehicle out in the driveway. I don't make the laws though

Yeah, it’s going to be hard for a defense attorney to overcome the standing over the tPOS by the doorway and unloading the rest of the clip into the deceased. It sucks, but it’s the world we live in today.
If this happened in BR, BRPD would certainly charge you as well.

His right hand was under his body reaching for what the good guy thought was another weapon.
Not guilty.
Not guilty.

I call that last shot merciful. That dude was not going to survive. Shooter just ended the pain sooner.

Yeah, we are completely insane for expecting not to get robbed while enjoying a meal. We are completely insane for enjoying seeing justice get served for some POS thug. Please see my 3rd sentence. If you don't want to die while committing an armed robbery, start by not committing said armed robbery. Personally maybe I am a bit irrational- Id of liked to see the CC hero throw another clip in and hit that POS with all of them too.

two arguments:
A: You don't know that he only had one gun until after the fact.
B: You can't murder an already dead person.
