Not telling you where I live. You seem like the unstable trash ball that would actually do something with that info.

It gives you option to turn it off although I'm not sure I understand how this automatic feature is annoying.

Not a single one of your 'exhibits' is a fact. All 3 are written by individuals on their opinions of trucks out there. What intelligience did I expect from you anyways, Ill move on

It's a fact the Tundra doesn't ever place first. Not an opinion.

I did not ask for your address dumb azz. I asked for your to prove your lot was $170k, but you can't because you don't own a dang thing but a sh*t opinion

The Tundra is indeed a rolling existential crisis. Toyota’s profits don’t depend upon it, and it seems developmentally challenged anyway. Just more than 100,000 were sold last year, and it’s not clear how many people—save those who assemble it in Texas—would miss the Tundra if it were to go away. It’s been 16 years since Toyota sold its first Tundra, and these teenage years are proving awkward.
Sounds like even Toyota isn't that fond of the Tundra anymore, ouch
They haven't invested shite into the Tundra these past years, while it's competition has invested billions. The Tundra is ancient compared to others and the sales numbers prove it

Its their profession, i think their opinions matter
I wonder if they did a tug a war test

Well then prove & show your facts! Articles about people & 'experts' opinion of truck do not prove/present a fact. Sounds like Im talking to a high schooler
Posted on 6/7/16 at 11:33 pm to CoachRobertson
What facts is this guy looking for?
Posted on 6/7/16 at 11:34 pm to CoachRobertson
Nvm, you're not worth it.

Professional truck blogger (do you know what a blogger is?) is a profession (who get paid $ to brag about one truck over another every other year) & no where in that article did it have facts proving one superior to another, besides what they saw or felt. Why is a FSU fan on this forum anyways?

Sure and that means none of their points are valid?
They seen to be more knowledgeable than you, and less biased. Like I said, the sale numbers prove no one wants the Tundra vs the others, and Toyota doesn't put much into changing that. Which is fine with them obviously, they control many of the other segments, and invest in those accordingly.
And you seem to be a prick

Now that Nissan has redesigned the Titan, the Tundra is probably the worst full sized truck now.
I wouldn't buy one unless you got a great deal.

Seems a lot of people in this thread don't understand what reliability and quality is.

The ecoboost out performs the v8 in performance. I have 65k miles on mine with no issues
I have a 2012 Platinum Ecoboost and at first I wasnt too excited about it but everything else about the truck is exactly what I wanted so I decided to give it a try. I got an excellent deal on the truck and just couldn't pass it up. The ecoboost has plenty of power so it will haul arse off the line (if you don't have good tires you will spin the tires on dry pavement) and it also has plenty of get up when merging or in passing gear. The only complaint I have is that I miss the V8 sound but it is pretty cool to hear those turbos.
Edit- as far as MPGs go it will get pretty bad in the city of you drive it like a V8 and constantly have your foot in the turbos but if you're not drag racing in the streets it's not too bad. I honestly have trouble keeping my foot off the gas because it's so easy to just punch it. On highway roads going 55-60 I can get 18-20 MPG but once you get on the highway going 75mph+ the MPGs will drop.

Oh man. This thread got real funny last night.
C&D tore up the 2014 tundra, I doubt they'd even waste page space on it today.

I wish this thread would have stuck to a F150 discussion, instead of going off the rails on a Toyota vs GMC vs Ford etc...
I am also in the market for a F150 and have zero desire to look at anything else.
Trying to figure out what I can expect to pay for Lariat, 4x4, 20" wheels, twin panel sunroof, navigation is not a must.

Do you need the 502 package? If not, $44k or so should get you done.
