It’s not trashy at all. I would love a kegarator.

Grew up with one in my dad’s home office. Instrumental in my high school memories. My sister ended up marrying the guy who delivered the kegs (was/still is a friend of mine-helluva guy).
Not trashy. Two taps if you’re a baller.

ETA: keeping the lines clean is vital to taste. Most people think that the beer is bad but they don’t take the time to clean the system weekly or after use.
I second this. Do not underestimate how much time you will spend cleaning it. Research a bit before buying.

I’d like to respectfully make a motion that the pinnacle of the white trash scale be changed from Kid Rock to Joe Exotic.

There are many orders of magnitude of trashiness beyond Kid Rock. For instance, did you catch any Tiger King?
This is what I do right here, drive around and listen to myself singing.

There is a very emotional connection between me and these cats. Extreme.

Just... 20 years of blood, sweat, and tears, and every dime I had... I'm done. I am done.

It's just two complete opposite, different worlds. You know, he's a little more upscale, and I'm working with people that just got out of prison.

beer balls
One summer night that my mom went on to coin “midnight escapes” a group of us were camping out behind my house and, uh, aquired 4 from a country club down the road. We were 13/14 years old and while someone in the group knew it was beer none of us knew we needed a tap. So we rode the mile back to my house with these things balanced on the top bar of our bikes between our legs, huffin and puffin and scared shitless that we were going to get caught only to realize we needed a tap when we finally made it back to the camp. One of us decided a flat head screw driver and a hammer would do the trick. So armed with said hammer and flathead I delivered the blow to the keg ball that spewed hot beer 15’ up in the air and soaked everyone of us. Now, imagine us tryto explain why you smell like smoke, sweat, and hot beer. I was never allowed to camp in my back yard again.

It never crossed my mind that a kegerator would be considered trashy.

All of my buddies, me included, had a pump with our initials on them in wite out.

Make sure you clean your lines often. Nothing worse than inviting your friends over to share skunk beer.

shite, kegerator was a life goal of mine since high school. I may be trashy, though.
I have a double. Clean your lines after each keg. Get sixtels so you don't have to drink old beer at the end of each one (or drink often), and you can keep it fresh from a variety perspective.
I usually have a stout on along with a lighter option. Stouts last longer so you won't feel rushed to drink both.
