yes, because being heavily taxed to support nationwide incentives that I cant qualify for has caused me to feel very guilty lately...

I was born into an impoverished white family. My parents divorced when I was young. I went to public schools in the second worst public school system in USA at the time. I attended public HS where 70% of the students were black inner city.



I am where I am because of what I did with what I had. Not because of where I came from.









FWIW, I am still amused by the paucity of answers in this thread remaining inside the parameters of the question.

Why would I feel any guilt? I didn't enslave black people.

Would it be better to be a descendant of a slave or of an african?
