Noticed Sen. Kennedy wearing a mask at one point today.
Asked why he decided to wear one, Kennedy said, “Because I don’t want to die.”

Setting that argument aside the traditional viral vector J&J vaccine is available.
The J&J vaccine isnt as effective, no? And then there's the abortion derived cell issue/religious argument.

10/31/20: Heroes! Saints! We wouldn’t have survived this plague without them! They should be celebrated and considered as brave and courageous as our armed forces during war time.
10/31/21: Get vaccinated or find a new fricking job.

Really not unusual for a healthcare provider to require their employees to get the vaccine.
My daughter works in the OR at one of the largest teaching hospitals in the country. Currently not required to vaccinate.

Maybe instead of big trucks those billboard lawyers will switch to wrongful termination

Aren't nurses in a tik tok union?

This is pretty standard, most hospitals require their employees to receive the flu vaccine as well
No, they do not. I am a healthcare professional who has contracted in several places. None of the hospitals have required flu vaccines, but most require those who opt out of flu vaccines to wear masks during flu season.

OLOL, even with FEMA sending a shitload of people there, still has 61 beds closed because of lack of nurses.
I suspect that this type of draconian bull shite is part of the problem.
Honestly, and this is from a conservative point of view, not getting the vaccine just increases an employees chance of being out of work and infecting other employees.
If you removed the mortality rate entirely. I.E., you put it at 0%, it's still annoying AF to have a couple of employees be careless and then spread it and next thing you know you're paying half your workforce for, in my opinion, being conspiracy theorist in the other direction.
Is the virus that bad? I don't think so, but it's contagious as hell. Is the vaccine that bad? Not according to most objective research.
This is just my opinion.

Yes but if time is what some people need them they can be educated quarterly while seeing if any effects come from this.
And it’s a way to not lose staff while other places may see that happen.

I was just told by the advocate that they had dire staffing shortages

Pretty much all the hospitals in my area have made flu shots mandatory for years now. Must either get a valid medical exemption or religious exemption or you don’t work there anymore. And good luck with the religious exemption since every major religion is in favor of the flu vaccine.

If there was an unlimited supply of this, and people didnt wait til their deathbed to come in, covid would be whipped
The people who don’t wait until they are on their death bed to come in get sent home from the ER without this treatment. So that reason doesn’t hold water.

OLOL has more money than god, they can hire staff if they wanted to.
They have these beds closed on purpose so they can manufacture this crisis.
Wake up
