The whole tier thing was the stupidest thing to ever happen on this site. I checked just to make sure that I didn't make the list. I would have to do some serious self evaluation if I had. Droppies was kind of a fun idea, but it devolved just into a catty popularity contest like the tier thing. Just what we need. A bunch of grown arse men acting like catty teen age girls.

My Q&A was a couple of years after I joined because I flew under the radar as a chick and I was tier fail.

Why post on a site if you don't have a method to determine whether or not your postings are improving? We should all strive to better ourselves every day. The tiers let people know where they were and where they were heading. The committee of voters took it seriously as well. And if you weren't tier ranked, well, you knew it was time to up your game.

If you go back and look at the Tiers... They were pretty accurate. The committee of 12, as well as Rag, did a wonderful job IMO.
