Definitely true in some cases. I’m a hospital PT and have had a number of old demented baws take a swing at me over the years while trying to help get them up and moving.
One guy was thin as a rail but delivered an absolutely perfect right uppercut under my ribs. Hurt like hell considering it was a 90 year old guy who probably weighed 130 lbs.
