I'm 71 and healthy, but there are times that I see people on TV that are my same age and look like there are 91. Every now and then I have to ask my wife, "Do I look that old?" She reassures me that I don't, but then I don't know if she's telling the truth or just trying to make me feel better about myself. Either way I'm still here and happy and looking forward to another LSU football season!

Next up funerals become good-natured get-togethers.

after a big LSU win I'm still going to run on the field with my grandson and the students. I do have to admit that watching me tying to climb over the fence is worth the price of admission.
just please never storm the field after an Ole Miss win again.

It’s very unbecoming for big brother to celebrate like that after beating up little bro

Went to see Christopher Cross, Men and Work, and Toto last year in Atlanta. It was so weird to see all the old folks there instead of the young teenagers that used to go se them in the 1980s. Then I realized that I was one of the old people too.

The other day, one of my co-worker's twin boys were at the office so I gave them both a couple treats to take home to their new dog that afternoon. When Jim went in to get them to take them home they showed him the treats I had given them for "Murphy". He asked them where they got the treats and they said, "The old man who is always here gave them to us for Murphy."

"The old man..." What the hell, kids???

My husband just renewed his passport.

His photo looks like his dad looked back when we first started dating. No- I don’t mean I dated his dad.

It kinda gut punched me… 28 years have absolutely flown by.
