If I remember correctly, I believe there are some allegations of either corruption, innapropriate funds, or something. I'm a little fuzzy on remembering the details. Maybe some sort of conflict of interest with funds.

It seems I'm the only person that feels bad for this dude. I get that he. Made his own bed... Just seems rough that he lost his entire career over some silly message board posts.

This. Cherlize Theron's adoption was supposed to be sealed and confidential. Now it could have been leaked at some point by other sources, but for another judge to breach that confidentiality on a message board basically bragging about having inside information was ridiculous.

Hey 480, you may enjoy knowing that another client called me a bitch last week after threatening to punch me in the nose. Wasnt in court though but I did tape record it.
