I work on a site where everyone is highly educated...and still there are very few things that run as they should. Everyone is just keeping their head down waiting for their next promotion, no one is critical of others work...or as far as I can tell, even their own. No one takes on the hard projects for fear of failure, and no one wants to step out of their comfort zone. It’s really bizarre. They must think I’m fricking nuts.
