I think we're writing them a check for a few billion soon. Something we supposedly owed them per the radio show.

yes, they were in the process of buying $400 million worth of arms from us and we basically just took their money and said FU. This is the $400 million + 1% interest since 1979.

He's invested in the Asia markets. He'll be fine. It's only us oilfield trash who will suffer.

Yeah, no kidding. I just keep buying. I bought XOM at 85 and some more at 77. Definitely could go down way more. I also remember 5-6 years ago people on here saying stay away from Lowes and Home Depot stocks. Housing market will never recover and people will only buy tools online. Those stocks will never ever go back up. Those people missed out on some serious money. Those same people had all this technical data they were putting on here and all these sources to back up their claims and sounded real smart. Same as people are doing here about oil. Companies like XOM, they are gonna still be strong no matter what. I'm 50/50 positive of that

Why are the big company stocks not bottoming out? Chevron and Valero seem to be holding steady. Shell looks like it took a bit of a hit.

Because stocks drop due to being sold not due to commodity movement, everyone left holding onto majors is apparently going to ride it out. For now.
