The white progressive apologists infuriate me far more than the hoodrats.
I mean...there are decent people stuck in the hood, in the cycle of poverty and depravity. It’s a system (designed by white proggies) designed to keep them dependent and impoverished, but with just enough goodies that it makes it unpalatable for too many to bear the struggle it takes to get out of it.
frick LBJ and his great Society, that’s the root of it all. A damn vote plantation that keeps people a slave to the system.
But the white proggies...with their soft patronizing racism, thinking that blacks are so lesser that they can’t make their own decisions, and then demonizing anyone that tries to give actual solutions...that’s the real enemy.
I’ve worked with many men and women, black and brown and yellow...decent people. I know it’s a different world for them and the temptation to enjoy the gov’t teat is damn strong, especially when it’s become a generational thing.
But it’s the nefarious aspect of that culture that celebrates the destruction of the family unit and emasculates the father, glorifies the senseless violence and revels in the decay that is the cancer.
And there is no solution that isn’t rife with pain.
